If you’ve purchased tickets via the Ticketmaster website, they give you different options for collecting your tickets.

The following is information taken direct from the Ticketmaster website and we advise you to consult any purchase confirmation emails that you have to confirm where you can collect tickets from if they are being sent to you.

Once the purchase is complete, and at your own convenience, you can pick up your tickets at any of the following collection points:   up to 72 hours* before the show (weekends,  bank hols not included) in  Kiosks (currently none listed for the Malaga area though) and  up to 72 hours* before the show from the preferrred ticket collection locations (weekends and bank hols not included) in Ticket centres.

We’re getting reaaalllly excited about the concert next Friday! It’s coming around so quick and as far as we’re concerned, it can’t come quicker!! We’re planning what to wear and making sure our camera batteries are fully charged in early preparation for the concert.

This week we’ve been chatting to The Scarletz, the hottest new girl band around. With a quirky pop/ska style, The Scarletz are going to be performing at the RockinMarbella concert on the 20th August at the Puerto Banus Bullring and they promise to make a huge party out of the event!

Where to pick up your RockinMarbella tickets purchased via El Corte Ingles

You can pick up your tickets to the most amazing concert in Marbella this summer in any El Corte Ingles store, Hipercor stores and El Corte Ingles shops.

If you live on the Costa del Sol or plan to pick up your tickets in the same area as the venue, we recommend picking up your tickets from the Puerto Banus El Corte Ingles.

Easily reached and seen from the coastal road, the ticket collection point is located on the lower ground floor under the supermarket. If you’re using the car park, enter the store from the lower ground level and head over to the right hand side passed the Havaiana flip flops concession and the beachware. The ticket collection point is clearly marked.

To pick up your tickets you will need:

• The card used to purchase the tickets
• ID

If you are picking up the tickets on behalf of someone else, you will need:

• Photocopy of the card used to make the purchase
• Photocopy of the ID of the person who made the purchase
• Signed authorisation from the card owner
